Corelogic Revises Their Housing Market Forecast for 2025

Описание: Corelogic just announced their latest housing market forecast through July 2025. Their chief economist warned, “Housing demand continued to buckle under the pressure of high mortgage rates and unaffordable home prices, leading to a considerable slowing of home price gains during the summer.” Their real estate market predictions are calling for a decrease in mortgage rates which will improve housing affordability but the key question is: will that help increase sales and homebuyer demand?
