Product Overview

OVERDRIVELAND was created to capture the rich, distinctive character of the now extremely rare DUMBLE amplifiers, designed to allow each player’s individuality to shine.

FREE THE TONE’s founder and designer, Yuki Hayashi, has serviced and repaired more than 20 DUMBLE amplifiers and owns several himself. DUMBLE amps are known for their unique harmonic overtones—clean sounds that can almost seem overdriven—and a driven tone that feels as though the amp is responding emotionally to the player’s touch.

This project began with the desire to recreate that feeling in an overdrive pedal. OVERDRIVELAND delivers a well-balanced overdrive tone across all strings, from the 1st to the 6th (and even 7th), offering a unique sonic landscape that expands expressive potential. We invite you to explore what’s possible with OVERDRIVELAND.
