Today, we celebrate Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV)—a day to honour the resilience, achievements, and contributions of transgender and non-binary people worldwide.
Despite progress, many trans people still face discrimination and barriers:
📌 1 in 3 UK employers admit they wouldn’t hire a trans person (YouGov, 2021)
📌 58% of trans people in the UK experience workplace discrimination (Stonewall, 2022)
📌 41% of trans individuals have been victims of hate crime in the past year (Galop, 2023)
