The other plot the Chief engineer DP of BMC prepared the proposal for advertisement on 13th December which 2nd Saturday a holiday and chief Engineer signs on Sunday 14th December 2025 and advertise is done on 15th i.e. on the day of election declared, which proves conspiracy and organise economic offence attracting MCOCA.

The dirtiest part and criminal mind of BEST GM is dishonest intentions and ulterior motives to sell / lease High profile property illegally under the guise to generate funds for transport business by selling property of electricity plot reserved for distribution purpose without considering the increase in electric demand due to building of 50 floors coming all around in the coming years. This is not permissible in law and as per electricity act also.

Further the plot at prime location worth thousands of crores is thrown away at Rs. 263 crores causing massive losses to BEST which is presently under deficit of Rs. 11500 crores.

Appeal to all MP, MLA, Ex Councillor and all Mumbai citizens to wake up and stop sale / lease of public properties byout MP, MLA COUNCILLOR in connivance with the IAS OFFICERS.

SAVE MyBmc BEST from being destroyed.
