Here I go head to head with the Flair Pro 3 against my own CAY CAY.
Please hit like as it really helps me review more and hopefully improve my own maker.
On split screen, the left is the Flair Pro 3 and on the right, the image represents the CAY CAY.
Flair Pro 3 is the third generation of the popular home, manual espresso maker. It uses a 46mm basket which has a surprising result.
The CAY is a prototype and in the commercial 58mm basket camp. Ties in to the large network of commodity and speciality accessories like baskets, tampers, grinders. Goes for a 9 bar, 92°C, 58mm espresso profile.
Both stow away compact and take up less space than a typical plugged in version.
