Описание: These days, there is a flood of filing of false FIRs in the country. If the case is one thing, it is given a different color. Be it a tenancy dispute or a money transaction, fake cases are being filed in crimes like IPC 354, 354A, 354B, 354C, 354D, 376, 377. Whose purpose is only to increase the seriousness of the crime. In a recent decision of the Delhi High Court, along with canceling the false FIR under IPC 354, the High Court has imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 against the person filing the case. Also, the High Court has written in its detailed order that these days the cases of inappropriate use of Section 354 of IPC are continuously increasing.
