Valdez Tutorial at All American Flames Gymnastix

Описание: I know many of you have seen me doing a one-handed back handspring. This trick is also referred to as a valdez. In this video, I will teach you how to do that.

Some things before you start working on a valdez:

You want to make sure that you have a good back handspring. It is also very important to have a good amount of arm strength. Even though I pretty much do valdez on my right side, you want to strengthen both of your arms so that you can do this trick with either arm. While it is not required to do a valdez with both arms, you want to make sure that the arm that you are using to land with for a valdez is exceptionally strong.

I want to reiterate that you want to have a good back handspring because a valdez is essentially a one handed back handspring.
