Описание: This video was taken by Alfred F. Christensen, founder of Christensen Lumber Company, on September 2, 1936. On this date, President Roosevelt made a quick visit to Fremont as part of a tour of the west's impact from the ongoing drought; the trip was also a part of FDR's 1936 presidential campaign for his second term. Troops can be seen marching from inside of and across the front drive of the Luehrs-Christensen Lumber and Coal building.
