After a secret meeting between Rebel conspirators is brought to the attention of the Imperial Security Bureau, they immediately despatch Agent Alexsandr Kallus to Tatooine to investigate the information and report back his findings.

Having found that tensions on the planet have reached boiling point, and with a Rebel uprising imminent, the Imperial High Command decide that a show of great force is necessary, not only to quell the disturbance, but also to route out the Rebel forces…
