I should have made one of my resolutions to get up at the crack of dawn and start getting necessary things done of my #checklist before I get started with things that will take my mind all over the place. Sidenote: I think I already have a #character named Sophie in one of the books. 🤔

I am a published author who set out to write something I wish I could have read years ago, in hopes of helping other people. My first novel was called Over Her Dead Body, about a woman who escapes a narcissistic abusive relationship--- and my newest book Dreams of Justice that was released this #FALL is a story about two sisters who have these types of dreams and feelings/flashes, if you will. I have based a #fiction #suspense #crime novel on a few personal dreams I have had in the past when something was in fact happening to my own sister without my knowledge.
This latest novel is called Dreams of Justice and it is written for my sister. Sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands. This is a #fictionbook that is close to my heart for obvious reasons. If you or someone you love is struggling with domestic violence or toxic relationships, there are resources out there to help you. This story is about a woman who feels trapped and her husband is hiding an even bigger secret than the one about what he does at home behind closed doors. This is a channel FOR healing and narcissistic abuse awareness, hence the videos on the #playlist on the subject. It is something that I worked hard to overcome in my life and am just passing on life lessons while I can. I have other channels that are for #physical stress. @lisathompsonbodywork is one. This one is about the mind/body connection and to promote my novels. #Toxic people are attracted to people who they know they can get to or control emotionally. That’s what they look for in someone. Their #attachment type is naturally drawn to it. The term #narcissist gets thrown around a lot casually, but #truenarcissism is something unique on a whole other level of #manipulation.
I usually make videos to try to help people who have been abused emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially because I have been through it and lived to tell the tale. I was with someone with #npd #narcissisticpersonalitydisorder for a couple of decades before #startingover in my life, and as a #toxicrelationships #survivor who happens to be an #empath - #emotional #clairvoyant #clairaudient and a #physicalempath I have learned so much about #communication and #blocking #negativity and #pain over the last few decades. The purpose of these videos is to explain a little to those people who may still be #struggling in #relationship who need #advice and #help to #heal and get better.
