The Norwegian 4x4 workout consists of 4 exercises, each performed for 4 sets. The exercises are squats, push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups. Perform each exercise for 4 reps, then move on to the next exercise without rest. After completing all 4 exercises, rest for 2 minutes before starting the next round. Complete a total of 4 rounds.
