Описание: One needs to understand that Hipec is tough on the body. during surgery body temperature increases.Due this chemo temperature they're prone for immunosuppression for first one to two weeks then they may have fungal infection or viral infection. we need to do early mobilization so that they don't develop venous thrombosis or lung infection . the complications rates are about two fold more than normal surgery but Highly manageable cant gain something in life without sacrificing something . HIPEC can have this extra complications but Highly manageable with a dedicated team .
