The picture should have max magicka glypths on body not stamina glyphs... dunno how this keep happening XD
DK took the biggest hit with the rele change cuz the crit change was already lacking on this class.
I tested a lot of different set ups and here is a list:
120k+ with Rele + Runecarver + Maelstrom Sword + Zaan
118k+ with Null Arca + Runecarver + Maelstrom Sword + Zaan
In content I'd go with Runecarver jewlry + 3 body pieces and Rele weapons + 3 body, 1 piece slime and velothi, Backbar weapon can be any arena weapon
