Jen is now a single mother and is dying from a terminal heart condition. Dawson helps Jen make a video for her daughter in which she tells her to never stop loving and dreaming. Jen also tells Joey that her last wish is for her to end the chasing and running and to finally pick between Pacey and Dawson.
