Rail agency Prasa says attempts to remove the land occupiers on the rail tracks in Langa and Philippi in Cape Town are going ahead at a fast pace.
This follows a Cape Town High Court ruling that government must find a piece of land to relocate the affected people.
The group invaded the land in 2019 after Prasa suspended the Cape Town Central line rail service in order to repair its infrastructure.
