No fault at all with Litchi.
On newer DJI drones, DJI have disabled
the ability for the flight mission to be
uploaded into, and stored inside, the drone,
which allows completely autonomous flight until the
mission is completed.
Now a connection is needed between the controller
in your hands and the drone at all times, and the controller
feeds flight data to the drone when it needs it over the WI-fi signal.
The slightest full interruption, or even a restriction of the continuous data feed from the controller
( temporary blocked by a large building in this case at waypoint 10 )
and the drone gives up.
Even if the signal strength is quickly restored back to 100 % from the controller,
the drone does not continue the mission, the drone just cancels the entire mission, and return to home is initiated.
Make sure you have set return to home as the default action.
