Описание: Do you know how to make a cross out of palms? Here's a step-by-step so you can make one on Palm Sunday.
1. Start by holding the palm with the pointed end down.
2. Fold the flat edge down. This will be the top of the cross. (How far you fold the edge down will depend on the length of your palm.)
3. Take the pointed end of the palm and fold it upward, towards the bottom of the first fold. This is the bottom of the cross. You will now have the vertical part of the cross. (Make sure you have enough palm left to make the horizontal part of the cross.)
4. Taking the remaining part of the palm, you will make a small fold where the two ends meet so that the palm is now horizontal.
5. Make a loop on the right, bringing the palm behind the vertical part of the cross and make a loop on the left. You will now have the horizontal part of the cross.
6. Holding all sections in the middle with your thumb, use your free hand to take the small remaining part of the palm to wrap it around the center of the cross in the shape of an 'x.' This will hold it all together.
7. Once you are left will the small tip of the palm tuck it underneath the part used to hold the cross all together.
