Teacher User Uploading Profile picture and signature

Teacher user Accounts! Uploading your profile picture and signature.
As a staff user, you can upload your profile picture and signature by executing these easy steps!
1. Log into your dashboard.
2. Click your account button. 
3. Click on Edit.
You will be directed to your profile page.
4. Click on choose file beside the blank profile picture icon on your profile page. 
 select the picture you want to use as your profile picture and click choose. 
The picture you wish to use should not exceed 6 mega bites in file size.
7. underneath the blank profile picture icon, there is another picture icon. this is for your signature. Click on choose file beside this picture icon.
select the signature which is a clear cropped picture of your signature and click choose. 
The file should not exceed 2 mega bites file size.
Both your profile pictures and signatures should be clear, and cropped to see the right details.  
Click on save.
You would see a notification saying data base updated successfully.
