🌺Ingredients
2 Pounds Chicken Leg and Thigh
🌸Seasoning
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp chicken season
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp black pepper
🌸Herbs
1/2 onion
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
1 Stalk Scallions
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Cut Scotch bonnets Pepper
2 Tsp olive oil
1 Tsp pimento seed
1/2 Tsp browning or dark soya sauce
1 1/2 cup hot water to bowl
1 Tsp salt
1 Tomato
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Potato
2 Small Carrot
1/2 Bell peppers/optional
2 Tbsp ketchup
Cook all together for 26 to 30 minutes
🌺Rice&peas Recipe
2 cup red kidney beans
2 cloves garlic
1 Tsp pimento seed
3 to 4 cup hot water
1 Can coconut milk
2 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 stalk scallions
1 whole scotch bonnets pepper
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp all purpose season
1/2 black pepper
1/2 garlic powder
1 Tsp butter
4 1/2 cup basmati rice
Rice cook for around over 25 to 30 minutes
🌺Recipe For Steamed cabbage
1 Small cabbage
3 carrot
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato
1/2 Tsp all purpose season
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp water
1/2 fresh thyme
1/2 salt
1/2 black pepper
1/2 all purpose season
1 Tsp butter
1 Tbsp ketchup/optional
Steamed For 13 Minutes In Total
