Special thanks to FireyBombz for doing this before me and giving me some pointers on how to do it myself.
The first part of the fight is straightforward. Pairing up Radiant Oath, Dawn's Light, and Chimeric Defense with 100ish CHA helps consistently avoid t3-t5 from Drakonnan and t4-t5 from Tomix. After this, Scales helps avoid t6-t7 from Tomix and t6 from Drakonnan. These initial optimizations allow Paladin to maintain health as it chips Tomix down without wasting time removing Drakonnan's Dragon's Fire debuff. After Drakonnan reapplies it on t7, it is purged with Greater Heal and Tomix is hit with Seal of Celerity to reduce his defenses with little cost to ourselves, as the BPD from Radiance is useless to us beyond this point in the fight. During this time, we maximise damage through Glaive of Eternal Peace's special and Frostscythe - unlocking Channeling Spirit provides valuable chip damage and once Tomix is out of Momentum, your Dragon is free to go off on him with its nukes as well.
Now that Tomix has synchronized, he becomes much more threatening. However, a non-standard burst cycle with Overcharge boosting Radiant Purpose and Aura of Light, with Solemn Vow being used as the nuke to recover a huge chunk of HP (whilst equipping Relic Deathknight Circlet to minimize Annihilation damage, which would otherwise be nigh lethal) allows us to survive as long as needed to take Tomix down after Radiant Purpose fades with Seal of Courage - though it would, of course, be better to use a different skill, such as the Eggsalted trinket, if Tomix's HP allows it. Thinking back, I probably should have done that :)
The last part of the fight with Drakonnan is also pretty straightforward - you have two purges and a high hitcount stun skill that can be paired with Chompers the Piranha to extinguish the Dragon's Fire debuff multiple times over. By this point, Drakonnan has been Superheated for very long and his Inner Fire stacks have built up, giving him a significant -All Resistance debuff. Most of this phase is standard play, however, a rather standard burst combo of Radiant Spirit - Aura of Light - Prismatic Strike - Greater Heal - Smite Radiant Purpose - Smite Solemn Vow - Smite Channeling Spirit - Smite Seal of Courage should take him out from here. Greater Heal is used immediately after the final application of Dragon's Fire to keep you safe against Drakonnan's very high damage output were it not purged.
This run took 30 turns, but it could perhaps be shortened to 28 or 29 had I used the Eggsalted nuke against Tomix and not switched to Chompers prematurely the first time. However, a clear is a clear and this is the fastest updated Paladin RnR clear to date, so I'm pretty proud of it :) It does use Defender's Dragon Ring, but this is only for +14 Bonus, which reduces RNG in the initial part of the fight.
