After leaving the Isle of Skye we take a look at Plockton – a cute little fishing village. Then we head north along the western shores of Scotland. The drive through the Northwest Highlands and the views of the many bays are spectacular. Spontaneously we stop at the Corrieshalloch Gorge - one of the most spectacular box canyons in Britain.
The next day we explore some of the worlds oldest rocks at Knockan Crag National Nature Reserve - a geopark that was opened in 2005 - and hike to the Bone Caves where skeletons of Scotland's "lost" animals were discovered.
