It’s Wednesday — my Push Day, and I’m hitting Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps for that complete upper body pump 💥
This is the same routine I follow weekly to build muscle mass and density using TUT (Time Under Tension) training.
Workout Breakdown:
🔹 Incline Dumbbell Press – 4 sets (10–15reps)
🔹 Smith Machine Flat Chest Press + Low to High Cable Crossover (Superset) – 3 sets (12–8 & 15 reps)
🔹 Dumbbell Shoulder Press + Cable Side Lateral Raises (Superset) – 3 sets
🔹 Rear Delt Pec Fly – 3 sets
🔹 Overhand Single Arm Tricep Extensions – 3 sets (12–15 reps)
🔹 Finisher: Chest Dips – 3 sets to failure 💪
