I'm a creator from Canada. I started bullet journaling in January 2021 and more seriously in February 2021. I have not been able to stop since I began. I now create custom journals on top of my own spreads and digital spreads. Bullet journaling has helped me with my mental health and has allowed me to have a place as a creative outlet.
