TAWA PANEER SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

3 jumbo triangle bread slices (normal 6 slices will also do)
1 tsp peri peri masala
100 gms paneer cut into 3 slices
1 tsp oil
Filling
½ cup small dices of capsicum
½ cup small dices of onion
½ cup small dices paneer
½ cup small dices tomato
1 nos green chilly chopped
1 tsp schezwan sauce
1 tsp chilly sauce
1 tsp tomato
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp peri peri masala
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
2 tbsp processed cheese grate

Spread
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp softened butter
1 tbsp mint chutney

1 tbsp butter to cook

Method
Sprinkle peri peri masala on paneer slices and pan fry paneer slices on both the sides using 1 tsp oil.
To make filling mix together all the diced ingredients together with chilly, all the sauces and mayonnaise to combine.
Add peri peri masala as well
Spread mayonnaise on one layer of bread
Spread softened butter on another two layers
Spread green chutney on the last layer.
To build the sandwich spread one layer of chopped filling with grated mozzarella and processed cheese
Lay a bread and repeat one more thin layer of chopped filling.
Place 3 slices of peri peri paneer, repeat a layer of cheese and close the sandwich and spread butter on top
Heat a nonstick grill pan, and melt the butter till foamy
Cook sandwich on slow flame till it becomes crispy.
Carefully turn the side and cook on the other side as well till sandwich becomes crispy on other side as well.
Cut sandwich into 4 pieces serve hot garnished with grated processed cheese
