BeWell Family Dance Festival: Our second festival took place on February 22nd, 2025, at artsdepot and featured dance workshops and performances aimed at families, promoting generational connections and inclusivity. This one-day event created a welcoming hub for all ages, allowing families - children, parents, and grandparents - to engage in dance together.
The festival emphasised the joy of movement through diverse workshops and performances, fostering connections within local communities. It provided a unique opportunity for families to enjoy dance, whether participating in workshops or watching performances.
Organisers:
Dare2Dance is dedicated to intergenerational dance opportunities, focusing on well-being through creative movement. We offer weekly classes, after-school clubs and masterclasses at Middlesex University (MDX), promoting physical, social and emotional well-being. In partnership with Barnet Age UK, Middlesex University and artsdepot, we host the annual BeWell Family Dance Festival.
