2 pounds ground beef
2 pounds ground lamb
6-8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mixed baharat
1 teaspoon black pepper
lamb or beef casing or fibrous casing
2- Samoon (sesame buns)
2 cups lukewarm water
1 envelope (2 1/2 teaspoons) dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
5 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornmeal or semolina flour
sesame seeds
