Minute 5: Deep Squat to lateral lunge R/L
Minute 6: Alternating Single Leg Calf Raise
Minute 7: Push-Ups - As many reps in 1 minute
Minute 8: Single Leg Glute Bridge - Right
Minute 9: Single Leg Glute Bridge - Left
Minute 10: Slow controlled Russian Twists
