Meet Kim Passy-Youseph, an Israeli from Tel Aviv who leads a socially responsible travel company, and her friend and colleague Aziz Abu Sarah, a Palestinian peace activist, journalist, social entrepreneur, and politician. Despite the tensions in their region, their friendship remains strong. On October 7, 2023, Kim faced personal turmoil when a friend was taken hostage by Hamas. Through this hardship, and inspired by her young children's innocent bond with Aziz, she reaffirmed that "the path is peace and not hate." Aziz Abu Sarah also emphasized "the danger of indifference from governments and the public, which does not help in resolving the conflict."
