In this Video how to make Chicken Drumsticks easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients for Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks:
(tbsp- Tablespoon)
Chicken Drumsticks (about 2) - Approx 250 gms
For Marination:
Curd- 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tbsp
Cumin & Coriander Powder- 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Oil- 2 tbsp
Refined Oil- 1 tbsp
Preparation:

Wash and pat dry the chicken drumsticks.
Whisk the curd and add all other ingredients. Add all the drumsticks and mix well to coat them with the marinade.
Cover and set aside at room temperature for around 15 mins.

Process:

Take out the basket from the Air Fryer, set a piece of cooking paper, and brush it with 1 tbsp of refined oil.
Now place the marinated chicken drumsticks in the basket as shown in the video.
Give one tbsp of mustard oil on drumsticks.
Put the basket back into the Air Fryer and set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and the time to 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, remove the basket and flip the drumsticks. Give 1 tbsp mustard oil on the other side of the drumsticks.
Put the basket back into the Air Fryer and cook for another 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
After 12 minutes, remove the basket and check if the chicken is cooked. Otherwise, you may cook for 2-3 minutes more at 180 degrees Celsius.
Remove and serve hot as a starter.
