The goal of the game-conditioning exercise is the development of starting speed, game agility, strength and speed endurance in connection with the training of tactics and behavior of players in pressing micro-situations, in this case in the number of three on three (3v3) in a small space. Attacking players have the task of constructively tackling the ball, players with the ball try to finish the action quickly and score a goal.
The football/soccer training exercise is intended for a training unit with a fitness focus, we include the exercise as the main content, or as an exercise for players who did not complete the load during the match. It is intended for 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 players from the age category of U14.
