Sunday brunch is always enjoyable at Oahu’s only Swedish-fusion restaurant Tango.
The brunch menu is full of popular Benedicts that keep passing by our table, but I can never resist the crepelike Swedish pancakes covered in berry compote and fresh berries.
At the other extreme, for savory lovers is grilled Washugyu steak & two eggs, or the Nordic Janssens Temptation, a casserole of potatoes, ham and anchovy, topped with gravlax and egg.
