He is seen in downtown Bikini Bottom with a flyer from Plankton that says Krabby Patties are dangerous when SpongeBob tries to ask him for his signature on his petition to save the Krusty Krab. He tells SpongeBob that Plankton's flyers were put everywhere in downtown Bikini Bottom.

"Potato Puff"
When SpongeBob crashes through the Bikini Bottom Jail, several Incidental 26s appearing as prisoners run out of the jailhouse.
