I spent 8 days on this little known Greek island. Lipsi is a small island outside the traditional routes of Greek islands most tourists will visit. It's Sandwiched between Patmos and Leros in the Dodecanese.
This island is a gem, it's idyllic and a great place for pure tranquility. It's a great place to rest, unwind & recharge. Do some beach hopping each day and just relax. Lipsi have kept themselves unspoilt and unique, no mass tourism, no sunbeds are allowed, no more than 2 storey buildings allowed. All you can hear is the natural sound of dogs barking, chickens, bell sound from goats and feel the breeze of the Meltemi wind.
Also it's a very clean island as they have a well working recycling programme.
It's worth coming here!!
