How much can you learn about a team's core game design philosophy by examining a couple maps they made over 6 years apart? Well, what if those two maps are actually (at a high level) the same map? That can be pretty revealing as to what goes into the smaller, less noticed things, and how those things can slowly change and evolve over time.
"A Zombies Retrospective" is a series in which I play through each Call of Duty Treyarch Zombies map chronologically, and analyze its place in the series.
