A peaceful morning at the Bird’s Nest feeder quickly turns chaotic when a Little Corella launches a flying karate kick at a Sulphur-crested Cockatoo, knocking it clean off the perch — and sending the trail camera tumbling backwards.
What follows is pure wild Aussie bird behaviour. With the camera lying on its back and pointing up to the sky, the cockatoos and corellas gather around, landing above the lens, peering down curiously and continuing their noisy debates over food.
You’ll see classic cockatoo personalities on display — squabbling, posturing, flying overhead, and investigating the camera like curious inspectors.
