Practice Notes 54 | Metronome Techniques for Practicing
Today I'd like to share with you all some clips from my practice session working on the Courante from Bach's French Suite in E-Flat major. I focus on two things - working with a metronome on the anticipation of the downbeat, and sorting out some ornaments. I plan to make a more in depth video about ornaments in baroque music in the near future, but here are just a few things on that matter.
