Welcome to this practice that opens the whole body and emphasises strength in the arms and stretch in the legs. It starts off with Adho Mukha Svanasanas interspersed with lunge openings, followed by shoulder openings which open the portal to a gentle sequence of wall supported arm balances. We then transition into connecting the shoulder/arm work with leg opening stretches against the wall. All muscles strengthening and stretching! Our practice then winds down through a 15 minute supine restorative asana sequence before ending with a Savasana Inversion for full and final bliss.
