Mental health is not the regular topic of this channel: typically it's about landscape photography and adjacent things. But mental health is something that effects everyone, and I do at times want to make videos that are just about my own life, so it's not completely off topic either. I reached a point of being quite burned out over the past year and really struggling with pandemic fatigue, and, in addition to professional help, found this trip to be very beneficial. And, for the photographers, there are some photos scattered throughout.
