Then no more worries my friend, here I am sharing with you the eggless version of this cake which has real molten chocolate in the centre. This is a quick recipe that can be filled in your mouth in less than 30 mins.

This recipe cannot be made in a microwave.

Eggless Choco Lava Cake
Prep Time - 25mins
Cooking Time - 12mins
Serves - 1
For Lava Filling (Ganache)
Dark chocolate - 20gm (small piece)
Butter - 20gm/1½ tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 2.5gms/1tsp

For Batter
Maida - 110gm/1cup
Baking powder - 1tsp
Coco powder - 30gm/ ¼ cup+1tbsp
Powdered sugar - 90gm/ ⅓ cup+2tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1tsp
Milk - 110ml/ ½ cup
Oil - 40ml/2.5 tbsp

For Cooking:
Salt - 1kg
Ring mould/katori - 1 no
Round Baking dish/Ramekin (H-3cm, D-8.5cm) - 1no

For Lining Mould:
Butter - 1tsp
Cocoa powder - 2tsp

For Garnishing:
Icing Sugar - a handful
Strawberries - handful
Mint sprig - few
