This video covers some basic ice-o-magic ice machine troubleshooting. Not sure exactly what was wrong with the machine but after installing it and running a couple test cycles I couldn’t find anything wrong. The machine was working perfectly. The water pump needed to be installed and a water supply hose needed to be connected.
