Strengthen your lower body, improve balance, and engage your core with Zen Single FlowZen Step Back Lunge! This FlowZen-powered exercise engages your legs and core while enhancing stability and control during the lunge.
How to Perform:
1. Place FlowZen under the foot that stays in place, ensuring it is securely positioned on the floor.
2. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and your core engaged.
3. Take a big step back with the foot that is not on FlowZen, lowering your back knee toward the floor while keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle.
4. Press through the heel of your front foot to return to standing, keeping your balance steady with the foot on FlowZen.
5. Repeat the movement on the opposite side, alternating legs or doing reps on one leg at a time.
6. Focus on maintaining balance and control throughout the movement, keeping your torso upright and core engaged.
