How does exercise affect the immune system?

Описание: Much of the research on exercise and the immune system has centered on a “J” shaped relationship between the two with extreme exercise causing an open window period that increases infections at one end. But, how well is this holding up over the years and do we need to rethink how we look at the impact exercise has on the immune system?
