মাইকেল ফাখরি বলেন, "ইসরায়েলি অভিযান যেমন গাজায় ফিলিস্তিনিদের অসহায় করে তুলেছে, ঠিক তেমনই লেবাননের মানুষকেও ক্ষুধার্ত করার ক্ষমতা তাদের আছে। এই দেশটিতে খাদ্য সরবরাহ সম্পূর্ণরূপে বন্ধ করে দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা ইসরায়েলের রয়েছে, যা একটি ভয়াবহ বাস্তবতার দিকে ধাবিত হচ্ছে।” তার এই কথাগুলো যেন লেবাননের আকাশে ভাসমান অসংখ্য ক্ষুধার্ত মানুষের কান্নার ....
