1/2 kg mutton 1/2 kg मटन
salt to taste नमक स्वाद अनुसार
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp हल्दी पाउडर
2 tsp spicy red chilli powder 2 tsp तीखा लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 tbsp curd 2 tbsp दही
first Tadka पहला तड़का
11/2 tbsp oil 11/2 tbsp तेल
some spices थोड़े गरम मसाले
3 cloves 3 लवंग
7-8 black paper seeds 7-8 काली मिर्च
1/2 inch cinnamon 1/2 इंच दालचीनी
1 bay leaf 1 तेजपत्ता
4 medium size chopped onions 4 मध्यम कर कटा हुआ प्याज
1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp लहसुन अदरक पेस्ट
a little chopped green coriander थोड़ा कटा हुआ हरा धनिया
marinated mutton मैरिनेटेड मटन
hot water गरम पानी
2nd Tadka दूसरा तड़का
1 tbsp desi ghee 1 tbsp देसी घी
1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp जीरा
some spices थोड़े गरम मसाले
2 cloves 2 लवंग
5-6 black paper seeds 5-6 काली मिर्च
1/4 inch cinnamon 1/4 इंच दालचीनी
1 chopped onion 1 कटा हुआ प्याज
salt to taste नमक स्वाद अनुसार
1 chopped green chilli 1 कटा हुआ हरी मिर्च
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp लहसुन अदरक पेस्ट
1/4 tsp ground spices 1/4 tsp गरम मसाला
1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp जीरा पाउडर
11/2 tsp coriander powder 11/2 tsp धनिया पाउडर
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp हल्दी पाउडर
1 chopped tomato 1 कटा हुआ टमाटर
1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp कसूरी मेथी
a little chopped coriander leaves थोड़ा कटा हुआ हरा धनिया
