Описание: Throughout 2025, the American Heart Association conducted a series of listening sessions with community members in the 46202 zip code. In October, we invited those members back together to hear results of the listening sessions as well as results from The Nutrition Hub, a three-year program that was developed from grant funding from the IU Health Foundation. Learnings from this program will inform decisions about similar programs in Indianapolis and other cities throughout the United States.
