• Indicate the integrity of Neutral Conductor to prevent excessive customer ground currents
• Locate both hot legs and neutral at the Pedestal and/or Transformer
• Locate bad connections on overhead spans
• Identify De-Energized or Energized URD primary cable in manhole or ditch, if secondary power is present
• Identify Energized feed in/out on primary URD Transformers, Switches, and Riser
