I’m not gonna lie, over the past year I’ve been thinking a lot about why motivation felt so different when I was younger. There were times where I felt stuck, overthinking things, and wondering why the urgency I used to have just wasn’t there anymore. But reflecting on it honestly changed how I see motivation and progress, and it’s been helping me approach things with a clearer mindset.
I’m sharing these thoughts in case someone else is going through something similar. If this perspective helps even one person feel less stuck or more motivated to keep moving forward, then it was worth making.
