Trying to Clear My Dead Stock… Any Advice?

In today’s video I’m going through some dead stock that just won’t sell and trying to figure out the best way to move it on. Every reseller ends up with items that sit around for months, and my stockroom has definitely built up a few of those lately 😅
I’ll show you some of the items that have been sitting in my inventory, talk through what I originally thought would sell, and share a few ideas I’m considering to try and clear them out.
But I’d really like to hear from other resellers 👇
How do you deal with dead stock?
Do you:
Drop the price?
Bundle items together?
Relist with new photos?
Cross-list to other platforms?
Or just cut your losses and move on?
