Khalid Mehmood Abbasi did his graduation from Quran College Lahore, the institution of Dr. Israr Ahmed. His interesting topics on which they have command are Qur’anic knowledge, regional and international politics, philosophy, history, revolutionary thought of Islam, Dr. Israr Ahmed's Qur'anic thought, different parties working for reviving Islam, methodology of establishment of system of Islam, Social Movement Theory, politico-socio-economic systems of Islam.
He has given thousands of lectures on the above topics in throughout Pakistan. Allah Almighty has given him special insight on the topics of politics. He also has the ability to accurately analyze the current situation by looking at the Qur'an, the Hadith of the Prophet and current circumstances.
For the past 25 years, he has been doing Dora Tarjuma Qur'an with the Taraweeh in the holy nights of Ramadan. He is trying to bring the revolutionary perspective of the Quran to the intellectual minority of society in accordance with the teachings of the Quran and the thinking of Dr. Israr Ahmed.
