In the Heisei Universe, Godzilla (Adult Godzilla Junior,) comes to Tokyo with Mothra, Rodan, and MechaGodzilla Junior to practice combat. All of a sudden, the 4 get teleported to the Showa Universe. Mothra Heisei meets with Mothra Showa, and explains how she got to another Universe. The 2 Mothra's team up to find the rest of the Monsters. Meanwhile, Godzilla Heisei, confused, is attacking Tokyo in the Showa Universe. Shortly after, Godzilla Heisei is greeted by Godzilla Showa! Both Monsters battle, but the fight ends quickly after Godzilla Heisei uses his Red Atomic Breath. The next day, Jet Jaguar, and Kiryu are sent out to battle against Godzilla Heisei. While it is 2 against 1, both Mechs get defeated by Godzilla Heisei. Before Godzilla Heisei could finish off Jet Jaguar, Godzilla Showa shows up for revenge. This battle was much more longer than the last, but Godzilla Showa is still not able to defeat Godzilla Heisei. As Godzilla Heisei is about to finish off Godzilla Showa, Mothra Heisei confronts Godzilla Heisei. Godzilla looks around, and sees how much damage he's caused. Godzilla Heisei proceeds to go to the ocean, and rest.
